Quant market making, measured per venue

Liquidity should be a scoreboard, not a black box.

Chainswatch is a quant market-making desk for token issuers. We agree spread, depth and uptime targets for each venue, then prove them on a live dashboard you can check any time.

Chainswatch /The problem

Your order book is the first thing a trader checks. We put it on a scoreboard.

Most token issuers can't tell whether their market maker is helping or hurting.

  • You lend tokens and hope. The market maker holds your inventory, and you can't see what it does with it.
  • You get volume, not liquidity.Big numbers on aggregators, while the spread is still wide when someone actually wants to trade.
  • You get a report, not proof.A summary built on metrics you never agreed to.

We built Chainswatch so you don't have to take our word for anything.

Chainswatch /How it works

Don't trust us. Measure us.

Four steps. You can check every one of them.

01

You choose the custody setup.

We trade on your exchange accounts through sub-accounts and trade-only API keys. No loan required unless you ask for one.

02

We agree KPIs before we start.

For each venue and pair we set targets for spread, depth on each side of the book, and uptime. They go in writing. That is the standard we are held to.

03

You watch it live.

A live dashboard shows every venue against its targets. You also get a daily scorecard per venue and a monthly report.

04

Start on one venue. Scale when the scorecard says so.

Begin with one venue or pair. If you already have a market maker, we can run alongside them and let the scorecard decide.

Chainswatch /What you can measure

A daily scorecard for every venue

The metrics real traders feel. No vanity volume.

MetricWhat it tells you
Spread time-in-bandThe share of time your spread stayed inside the agreed target.
Top-of-book depth, by sideHow much size sits at the best bid and best ask, tracked separately.
UptimeHow long our quotes were live on the book.
FillsWhat actually traded against our orders.
Realized slippageWhat a trader really paid to get in or out at size.
Chainswatch /Risk and integrity

Guardrails always on. Rules we don't break.

Inventory caps

Hard limits on how much of your token and quote asset we hold at any time.

Kill switch

Trading stops automatically at a preset drawdown.

VaR limits

Exposure is capped by value-at-risk.

  • We never conceal activity. What we do on your book shows up on your dashboard.
  • We never inflate volume. We report what real traders experience, not vanity numbers.
  • We never trade against you.Our job is your order book, nothing else.
Chainswatch /Where you are

Primary or second market maker, on one venue or several.

Launching a token?

List with a plan, not a promise. We handle the market-maker letter of intent and the spread and depth plan for the new listing, with the dashboard live from the first trade.

Unsure about your current market maker?

Don't switch on faith. We run alongside your market maker on one venue, and the same scorecard compares both.

Need a second market maker?

Add us where your book is thin, on a single venue or pair, held to our own KPIs.

Chainswatch /FAQ

Questions

Should my token be listed before contacting you?

No. We can plan your liquidity before launch, so the book meets its spread and depth targets from the first trade.

What does a market maker do?

A market maker keeps quotes on both sides of your order book, so traders find tight spreads and enough depth to trade. We do it to written KPIs per venue and show them on a live dashboard.

Do we need to lend you tokens?

Only if you ask us to. You choose the custody setup. No loan required unless you ask for one. By default we trade on your own exchange accounts through trade-only API keys.

Who is Chainswatch for?

Token issuers at any stage, from pre-launch to listed on several venues, wherever the order book needs measurable spread and depth.

Can you work alongside our current market maker?

Yes. We can be your primary or second market maker, on a single venue or pair, and the per-venue scorecard shows how each performs.

What do you report?

A live dashboard, a daily scorecard per venue (spread time-in-band, top-of-book by side, uptime, fills, realized slippage) and a monthly report.

Do you guarantee price or volume?

No. Nobody honest can. We commit to spread, depth and uptime targets, and we show you whether we hit them.

Let the scorecard decide.

Tell us your token, venues and pairs. We'll show you how we'd measure it.
